PREPARATION FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
please follow these simple instructions:
1. I needs to see as much of your natural curl as possible. PLEASE DO NOT put your hair up in any hair ties, clips, hats, ponytails, braids, buns, headbands, wraps, etc. Avoid styles that stretch or manipulate your curl pattern. (this helps me an accurate assessment of the current length, thickness, and styling recommendation.
2. As mentioned above, this is a DRY haircut. Fresh hair is best, so I prefer that you wash your hair the day/night before your appointment and please be sure to give yourself enough time so that it is AIR DRIED by the time you come in. The light product that keeps the hair defined and detangled is okay.
Arrival without following the preparation guidelines may result in a forfeiture of that day's appointment, additional fees, or a mandatory rescheduling based on availability. Please call, text, or email with questions about any of the preparation guidelines on the day(s) before your upcoming appointment.
CANCELATION POLICY
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with me, it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. I appreciate a minimum of 48-hour notice for cancellation so that we may accommodate other clients.
I will charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
